MOZART. ENVY

You, wondrous Mozart, —musical poet!
The valor of genius—to never fade out.
Your poems are colors, harmonious moments
And placers of half-tones gleam all about.

You’re not of this world: your freedom of will,
Like sunrise, pours out in pure luminescence.
And even your death can’t conquer your skill,
But envy arises...,  and often transgresses.

Creating deaf sounds, some rogue, in denial,
Weakened his heart in fruitless fixation.
He paid with dishonor, but burned out with bile
A sepulchral statue of himself with elation.

The light and genius, are bonded to the end,
While overshadowed jealousy is bitter with resent.
